After our bout with IPAs during last show, I didn't feel like my mouth was punished with enough bitterness and hoppitude. Today I picked up the Dogfish Head Imperial IPA which shatters the beer ABV meter by clocking in at 18 to 20 percent.

Tonight's Beer Choice - IPATonight I had the worst experience with our beer choices. IPA's are my least favorite beers and thats all we had. Might as well get it out of the way! IPA stands for India Pale Ale and dates back to the 1800s in England where it was first brewed. But age has not made this one a beer I prefer or even enjoy. Its IBU count is very high (tonight's were all 55 and over much like a buffet at 4PM) and at times made my tongue feel as though it were both convulsing and writhing in pain. I wasn't sure if I should spit or cry.

Prototype Game ReviewHere's a snippet from my review of Prototype: "Prototype is a great game that fell just short of its full potential. If you’re a fan of superheroes and comic book culture, this is going to be a must own for you. I could definitely see it as a game I’ll pull out every now and then to play around with, but it’s not one that’s going to stick with me five years hence. If you Gamefly it’s definitely worth a rental at least. The folks at Radical are definitely headed in the right direction, and I have high hopes for a sequel.
Last night's beer choices were mostly awfulWe recorded Jarate Sandvich #8 last night, and our beer was terrible. Drake's Zanec Pilsner received the honor of being the first beer that was dumped out on the show. It was undrinkable. The Goose Island Bourbon County Stout was equally bad, in its own way. If I wanted Bourbon, I would've drank bourbon, not slightly carbonated, watered down bourbon. The last of the bad choices was the Buckbean Original Orange Blossom Ale. That stuff tasted like orange cough syrup mixed with soda water and refrigerated for an hour. It was flat and tasteless.
