After looking through the Spy Achievements that Valve unveiled today, I noticed that the High Value Target and The Melbourne Supremacy achievement icons have what looks like a shooting range target on them. Are these achievements gotten through the use of a throwing knife that will replace the butterfly knife?

This new throwing knife may have a ten second recharge, much like Mr. Sandman. Perhaps you can only throw it when it's charged, but without a charge, you can still use it like normal (without the backstab, of course). The butterfly knife is a terrible close in weapon, but it's better than nothing if you are out of throwing knives.
